Samantha Stosur with a magnificent chiseled physique reportedly has never done a bicep curl, grabbed the attention of thousands of sub-conscious minds. Her supremely fit body evoked comments all around the world.
Perhaps, it may be her outfit which is so revealing with cutaway shoulders else may be the result of all about who she is beating. This may be the result of using steroids.

“Holy crap, Sam Stosur’s arms…” tweeted Therese Pham.
“All I want is Sma Stosur’s arms and shoulders!!” tweeted Phu Truong tweeted.
“I love Sam Stosur. I am also envious of her arms.” tweeted Jessica.
The big question was, “What’s Stosur’s secret?” The first reason stated by her is that she does not do biceps curls.
Whether she has used the best endurance steroids to stay consistent for so long and get a perfectly toned physique?
Stosur in an interview with ESPN The Magazine in 2014 said,
She doesn’t spend so much time lifting weights. She never does biceps curls, and she very rarely does bench presses as well.
Yes, Stosur gets those arms without doing biceps curls, elaborated by the 2011 US Open winner on her workout regime with ESPN.
She added,
She does push presses, dumbbell fly, seated row, and other exercises like rotations and raises for rotator cuff and for little muscles inside your shoulders. She also does boxing sessions and swimming.
She also said, “Though she is not a great swimmer but is getting better now. Doing swim laps is a good workout for her. But she is capable of doing only one or sometimes two sessions a day.”
Her coach David Taylor adds,
They used to laugh at it because Sam considers she has not changed at all. She just wins a bit more now.
Stosur has never reached the quarter-finals in her home event and it was expected that her new fitness routine will help her to win the title.
According to Barsachhi, “They have changed things a bit, they are most probably spending more time on the tennis court rather than in the gym. Sam started to run much more than ever before. Interval sprints, these types of workouts make her leaner.”
Barsacchi further said, “His philosophy is to do a lot of specific tennis drills. His workout is based on a lot of agility, skills, movement, so much related to tennis.”
“Sam has always been fit in her career. He wouldn’t say she is more or less fit now but probably with the drills, she is well prepared in tennis-related fitness and agility,” said Barsachhi.
Samantha Stosur says, “It’s just one of those things, she hasn’t done well there. But she hopes that this very year everything going to turn around.”
She also said, “She believes that there is no obvious reason why things won’t be able to turn around because all the conditions around suit her, being around noisy crowded stadiums and people yelling, all that doesn’t daunt her for a moment.”
Samantha does not eventually accept the fact of using steroids or denies it. She only merely justifies the reason behind her chiseled physique.
All eyes will be once again on Australia’s top-ranked female Samantha Stosur, who was brought undone by Carla Suarez Navarro, world number 13 in the second round in Brisbane.
