Cody Garbrandt Imposed Allegations on TJ Dillashaw For Being on Steroids

New York – Two fighters Cody Garbrandt and TJ Dillashaw had some heated exchange at UFC 217 pre-fight press conference held at the Theater at Madison Square garden on Thursday. Cody didn’t charge for anything further other than the allegations of using steroids for performance-enhancing.

Cody Garbrandt imposed accusations on his former teammate, Dillashaw using steroids. Garbrandt told his former teammate Dillashaw, “he showed everyone how to do it on Team Alpha Male on the dias.”

On a Monday interview with Ariel Helwani on his show The MMA Hour, team Alpha Male Fighter and Coach Chris Holdsworth said, “Dillashaw at Sacramento gym was using “special supplements” that clearly implies that he was on some type of PEDs”.

Dillashaw made a note at the Thursday’s conference, “he has never failed a USADA drug test.” Garbrandt adding to it said, “he was on everything.”

On this, Dillashaw sarcastically replied to Cody saying that, “Yes, I was on everything. They tested me every day, so I was on everything.”

After the bantamweight champion, Cody Garbrandt made his statement and levied allegations on TJ Dillashaw that raised some eyebrows, Team Alpha Male patriarch Urijah Faber made his comments on the allegations.

He said on his appearance on The MMA Hour, “as far as Cody saying the steroid thing and whatever supplements, he heard all the conversations gone through between the two. Within the team, he wasn’t the part so, of, course, he might not be able to say his thing.”

He further added, “ if you guys really want to know the details about what Cody is talking about, you must get that from him only because Urijah was kinda the patriarch of the team. If something shady is going on, no one would absolutely tell him.”

Cody Garbrandt Leaks Details Of Specific steroid use

On another heated exchange on social media, Cody accused TJ Dillashaw of using EPO or Erythropoitin. This all was started when Cody replied to a tweet where he quoted Dillashaw saying, he thinks Demetrious Johnson was “too scared” to accept a fight.

Cody Garbrandt said, “UFC told him how many excuses you TJ Dillashaw made not to fight me.”

TJ Dillashaw tweeted, “SMH. Last time I checked, we just did a press conference in NY promoting our fight August 4th in LA.”

Garbrandt, the UFC bantamweight champion, had previously spoken about an incident where Dillashaw landed a knee on him during practice when they were rolling, Holdsworth reiterated the scene. TJ Dillashaw replied, there was absolutely “no truth” to that.

Dillashaw told to reporters that, “it was all happening on perfect time, when it all came out, the first week of fight. But, hey, C’mon man, this was all predictable.”

On this statement of TJ Dillashaw, Cody hit back him saying that, he was “cheap-shotting bastard” and a “cheater.”

There were many back and forth between the two for who will fight the co-main event of UFC 217, going to be held on Saturday night at MSG. On one side, Dillashaw will be making every possible attempt to win back the bantamweight title he lost in early 2016.

Dillashaw will also be seen trying to take demons out of the bad break with Team Alpha Male.

Cody Garbrandt, winner of the title of Dominick Cruz at UFC 207 last December said that, it would all be settled down in the Octagon.

Garbrandt also said, “you can do all the conditioning with your new coach in the world, but can’t condition your f*king chin.”

TJ Dillashaw replied to this on twitter where he tweeted, “So now, I am drug lord? And all of TAM admits to being on steroids! Cody may be not the sharpest tool in the shed, but definitely a tool!”
