AJ Ellison is an energetic and enthusiastic athlete from an early age. The very first step of success he achieved during high school years was as a formidable middle distance runner. After that he succeed many championship and his journey as champion get started.

By taking full advantage of his sporting background, he switched his career in modelling and became a well renowned model in WBFF (Fitness and Fashion Show).

In his early life, he relocated several times with his parents. Still, he didn’t let that stop him from admiring his passion for fitness.

And in later life, he planned and turned his interest to martial arts and started participating in many events such as Brazilian Jiu – Jitsu and MMA.

However, that interest does not stay longer and his life affected badly while taking part in one of the martial art event. Due to which he suffered from serious injuries including injury in his ankle and tearing of his triceps.

Just when Ellison thought things could not get worse, his father decided to take his own life – deeply affect AJ for a period of his life.

Thereafter, AJ learned to tackle any hindrance came in his way to earn success in fitness and modelling which eventually, made him the winner of WBFF Pro Card in 2011.

And from then onward, his fitness career reached to the success as after that he became a personal trainer and sponsored athlete.

Biography – Past & Present of AJ Ellison

Formidable athlete, Ellison was born in the year 1976 in Merced located in the state of California, USA. Since from his early age, AJ Ellison grew with the love for sports and used to spend most of his time in running track during junior high class.

Howsoever, AJ spent his Childhood in moving to different areas of America due to reallocation of his father. He was not only shifting to different parts of America but also, stayed at mother’s homeland Japan for a few years.

Whatsoever the circumstances, AJ doesn’t lose his hope and ensured that he stayed on the track in order to reach his fitness goals.

After that, AJ succeed in making his name as a formidable athlete and in the year 1994 kansas state he proved himself both as a champion as well as a runner.

Thereafter, AJ was qualified the 2000 Olympics Games trails and this was a great success in his running career and because of this achievement he will always be proud of himself.

However, soon he decided to switch his career to the different direction i.e. fitness.

After earning a huge success in his running career, Ellison kick his new career in martial arts. Thereafter, he started taking part in many events including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA.

Unfortunately, after a few years in martial arts AJ undergoes a Sevier health injuries included ankle breaking and tearing of triceps. At that situation, Ellison was forced to rethink about his preference in fitness.

As Ellison is undergoing such crucial condition and hope that from now onward nothing will go worse in his life. At that moment, his father decided to take care his own life and he succeed in doing so.

However, in such situation AJ learned to tackle every hurdles whatsoever come between him and his career. He also learned to keep moving forward to overcome any difficulties that came across in his life ever.

AJ are determined and focused in fulfilling his dream at any aspect which will be clear from her thought what he stated below.

“We all have our issues, obstacles, or demons. It’s how we chose to deal with them.

I chose to learn from any experiences and moved forward. I chose to get up after being knocked down, and I couldn’t have done any of it alone as I’m blessed to have a very small group of friends and family who support me.”

Fitness Modelling Career

After many ups and down in his life, finally AJ decided to kick his next career in fitness modelling. And at this point, he started working hard by performing training in the gym in order to reach the desire as a successful fitness model.

However, AJ entered the first fitness modelling competition by participating in the WBFF World Championship in 2011. He secured 3rd positon in that event and also earned WBFF pro card in event process. Eventually, it clearly implies that AJ is suitable for the career he has chosen.

After that, AJ work hard and always try to improve his position in competition by performing very well in every condition to prove himself best. And he again participate in the same event in 2012 and achieve 2nd place because of his determined and focused attitude.

And lastly, he secured the 1st position in the year 2013 and again in 2016 in WBFF World Championships. This work as a reminder that helps AJ in making his name in the career as a fitness model and also achieving a great success as a physique.

Present Day

AJ states the complete fact regarding his continual improvement in the fitness modelling. Due to which he was able to become a personal trainer and fitness model.

However, in achieving fitness process AJ learned a lot about the healthy nutrition & workout. He worked hard, which eventually led to the success.

AJ used to spend 5 day split in the gym and mainly focused on his abs and claves which allowed him maintaining his shredded physique. Ellison always set his training as the first priorities which ultimately result to optimal muscle gains.

AJ has mentioned few words regarding his training:

“I try and stay on abs and calves 2 times a week. I got to keep my core tight and I’d really like my calves to come up. Naturally I go hard on every muscle group but we all have strengths and weakness and I like to stay as proportionate as I can without sacrificing my performance I n the gym”.
